• RePOSWA has filed a case for removal of Preferential Location Charges, in Hon’ble Allahabad High Court...

RePOSWA has won cases or got stay in Hon’ble Allahabad High Court for it’s members amounting to more than 50% of the allotment price of 4750/- psm. Some cases are still going on (YEIDA is expected to go in for appeal in Supreme court against these) ..
